Here lies another spooky Halloween Ghost Story Open Mic Bonfire! Thank you to all who came and shared stories, real or rumor. Much thanks to the Black Storytellers Alliance and The American School of Storytelling for coming and sharing some awesome pieces. Shout out to ChefwitdaLeft Kitchen LLC Kitchen LLC who kept us all cozy with his hearty cornbread and chili. Much appreciation to Imani M Photography for commemorating our time together. And much love to Markella Smith with The Dream Shop for providing a chill and interesting venue. It was the perfect gathering space to share and warm ourselves by the fire. Until next year! Twenty-Three & Me: Vision Board and Bullet Journal Party - Jan 7th, 2023

Another original LiveTV Event: Ringing in the new year right, we got together to make our dreams real by putting them on paper for a chill night of goal setting surrounded by ambition and positive energy as we ate, drank and created a future we can be proud of. Complete with all the vision board materials anyone could ever need and a live guided meditation experience to get us in the mood for manifestation hosted by Dream in Color Healing.

Special Valentine’s Day Event - February 12th, 2022
Couples Massage & DIY Oil Workshop

Another LiveTV Original: Normally a workshop focusing on teaching couples how to give a soothing head, neck and back massage, this supercharged version of the popular Couples Massage Workshop came back for an exclusive Valentine's Day event. This special workshop included even more massage techniques and moves for the entire body with the instruction and materials to make aromatherapeutic massage oil that can be used right away in class.

First we explored aromatherapy and the benefits of essential oils as each couple customized their massage oils with a selection of essential oils. Next we learned real massage techniques to use on the head, neck, shoulders, back, legs arms and feet with moves that relax muscles, relieves pain and soothes the body with a full 1 hour massage. All materials to make DIY massage oil was provided including a selection of Doterra and other high quality brands of topical use certified essential oils and bottles to take home your creations.

Halloween Ghost Story Open Mic Bonfire - October 2021

The first Halloween Ghost Story Open Mic Bonfire was a total blast! We welcomed a talented group of storytellers, poets and readers who shared spooky tales and scary stories all night. In between stories we played games, answered trivia for exclusive prizes and roasted marshmallows for s'mores on the most perfect night for a bonfire. Over 100 people stopped by to chill with us and I thank every one for enjoying the night with LiveTV Events.

A special S/O to The Lab and Taproom for providing the perfect place to sip specialty beers and seltzers while we open mic'd. Much thanks to Black Table Arts Co-op for sharing their bonfire pits to warm ourselves by. Much love to all of the dedicated team members of the TV Crew who always keep each event running smoothly. And especially to all those costume wearing, story sharing talents who entertained us making this event extra special. Catch us next year for another spooky adult play date in the Twin Cities!

Couples Massage Workshop - Started Saturday, May 29th, 2021

We started our very first ongoing event with the Couples Massage Workshop which remains a regular, monthly event to this day. This relaxing workshop teaches genuine massage technique to sooth the head, neck, shoulders and back. Pairs of all types (romantic, friends, family, etc) gathered to practice healing moves on each other covering over 15 real techniques used by masseurs of all kinds. Earth Day Clothing Swaps

This was very LiveTV Events first American event! The first of many Earth Day Clothing Swaps took place April18th, 2021 and has since developed a following with regular swappers eager to donate and shop each year.

It’s been a point of pride to organize the Earth Day Clothing Swap. Since we’ve started we’ve welcomed hundreds of swappers who found some great gems and collected tons of bags of cloths, shoes, and coats for donation. This Earth Day 2023 we are honored to support Home Base, a collective that delivers clothing directly to unhoused people in encampments year round. They are always collecting clothing and household items to give away so please connect with them on Facebook to continue the giving throughout the year.

We love planning this event, meeting event regulars and the creative, fun energy in the room as swappers dig for gold. We love contributing to a circular economy that keeps these textiles out of landfills and promotes the 3R’s: Recycling, Reducing and Reusing.
